Lexington British Colonial

An extensive remodel and addition on a 1923 Lexington colonial revival. The homeowners, one half who hails from Scotland, both adore the existing cottage like charm of the home and embraced the cozy proportions. We worked with the builder to create an addition that looked as if it had always been there while firmly updated the furnishings and layout to be reflective of their taste for clean lines and simple ornamentation.
