Arlington Dutch Revival

This 1920’s Dutch colonial remained mostly untouched from its original decor and style until the 21st century. It was cozy, but dark and “old New England” in flavor. We set about revamping the space keeping the integrity of the historical home with original details such as the gumwood fireplace, original windows, and millwork. Cosmetic upgrades were given to all the existing surfaces for updated look and feel. In addition, a two phase renovation project added 3 new bathrooms, a sunroom, a larger kitchen, mudroom, and garage home studio.
